Jyotisar Ventures LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made immediately after placing the order / Subscription plan. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders / Subscription plan execute & advertisement banners & videos & other data published on website & APP.
• We We does not accept cancellation & refund requests post 2 days of subscription plan purchasing from builder/ seller / Business person / customer.
• In case of any changes in advertisement banners / videos / publishing data please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once if team check & found any rectifications This should be reported within 2 days of publishing data, banners & videos for advertisement.
• In case you feel that the advertisement banners / videos / information is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Jyotisar Ventures LLP through its website www.vastu4u.com & Vastu APP, it'll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
