One should be very particular about this corner. If there is even a little defect, the progress will be hindered.
If East direction is low - keep the main door in East North-East, and keep the second door in North.
If North direction is low - keep the main door in North or North North-East.
This North-East area should not be high, nor cut nor covered, nor round shaped.
Even in all rooms take care of North-East corner.
If in the North-Eastern room of the building, the entrance door is in the West or South, North-East direction gets covered so in the room, one must place another door in North, North-East or East North-East.

From the house, if water flows towards North-East (Waste Water, Water while cleaning the room or even rin water), it will increase prosperity of the owner.
If one constructs - Bathroom or Toilet in North-East direction - that will be considered as covering North-East corner, which is not auspicious but if there are other buildings in East, South or West of the house and there is a road in the north, there is no objection.
If there are buildings in North, South and West of the building and there is a road in the North then also there is no objection.
This direction gives Wealth, propserity, Happiness and enjoyments in life - Planet is Sun - the king of planets - lord is God.
This direction is pious so placement of waterpots, temple, basement will give favourable results.
In this direction there is the head of Vastu Purush and head controls all body activities so do not keep heavy load in this direction because by heavy load, head does not function properly and there is mental instability.
Never start construction from this corner but do it in the end.
Do not construct Bath Room, Toilet Room store room or Garbage Room here in this corner. It will lead to unhappiness in the family.
Boring in this corner is beneficial.
Preferably keep this corner as open as possible.
Basement in this corner allow and meditation center can also be developed.
